J2O - maintaining momentum
The questionnaire
The U&A survey involved asking respondents to complete a detailed questionnaire online.
To start with, the questions were fairly general. They were designed to help us understand the respondents' need state, asking what they normally drink on different occasions and why.
Having established the bigger picture, the questions then became more specific, asking about J2O in particular - where do people drink it, what do they like or dislike about it and why?
We then asked people how J2O made them feel and, if appropriate, asked them to think about what we could do to improve it.
