Environmental issues such as climate change and carbon management are rarely out of the headlines, and Britvic is determined to play its part in reducing our carbon footprint and addressing issues such as packaging waste.
Better use of energy and water resources, reduced carbon emissions, waste and recycling are all issues that have important implications for our business.
We've made some good progress in these areas and are setting ourselves higher targets for the years to come.
We operate an Environmental Management System which is certified to the international standard ISO 14001 and covers all our manufacturing sites and our technical centre. All these sites are periodically audited and verified by an external third party to ensure that compliance against the standard is being maintained.
