Cans manufactured next door are transported to our Rugby factory on this conveyor
Canning
The canning process is similar to bottling. While we do not manufacture the cans ourselves, over 75% of the 330ml cans we use are produced at a factory next door to our Rugby factory and delivered to us via a hole in the wall conveyor system, eliminating the need for transportation.
Once they have been rinsed and filled, the easy-open top is quickly fitted to the can with a seamer, which turns the lip of the top over the sides of the full can to provide an airtight seal.
The can is warmed to dry off moisture and eliminate condensation.
